This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund, cancel an order, or seek adjustments to your purchased plan. It applies to all plan tiers available on purewrstrengthon.world: the Essential Rhythm Plan, Professional Flow Plan, and Executive Harmony Plan.
This policy operates in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Cooling-Off Period
If you purchase a work-walk balance plan online through purewrstrengthon.world, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with UK distance selling regulations. The cancellation period expires fourteen days after the day of purchase confirmation.
However, if you request that plan creation begins immediately upon purchase and acknowledge that you will lose your right of cancellation once the personalised plan has been fully delivered, the cooling-off period ends at the point of delivery. By selecting express delivery or confirming that you wish to begin plan creation immediately, you provide explicit consent for early commencement of services and acknowledge the loss of your cancellation right upon delivery.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
- Your plan was not delivered within the stated timeframe (three business days for Essential Rhythm, five to seven business days for Professional Flow and Executive Harmony) and you have not received communication about a delay.
- The delivered plan materially differs from what was described on purewrstrengthon.world at the time of purchase, and we are unable to provide a satisfactory revision within five business days of your notification.
- You cancel within the fourteen-day cooling-off period before plan delivery has commenced.
- You were charged twice for the same plan due to a technical error on purewrstrengthon.ddd.
- For Professional Flow and Executive Harmony plans, we cancelled or failed to attend a scheduled consultation without providing a rescheduled appointment within ten business days.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Your personalised work-walk balance plan has been fully delivered and you provided consent for immediate commencement of services, waiving the cooling-off period.
- You have actively used plan materials, including following routes and implementing the schedule, for more than seven days after delivery without raising concerns.
- You simply changed your mind after receiving a plan that accurately reflects the information you provided and matches the plan tier description on purewrstrengthon.ddd.
- The plan quality was affected by incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information you provided about your work schedule, location, or preferences.
- Dissatisfaction arising from external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, route closures, workplace policy changes, or personal scheduling conflicts unrelated to plan quality.
- You have used consultation services included in Professional Flow or Executive Harmony plans.
Plan Revisions and Adjustments
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to contact us for a plan revision. All plan tiers include a revision period during which we will adjust your schedule, routes, or timing based on your feedback at no additional charge:
- Essential Rhythm Plan: one revision within seven days of delivery.
- Professional Flow Plan: two revisions within fourteen days of delivery.
- Executive Harmony Plan: unlimited revisions within thirty days of delivery, plus quarterly review sessions.
To request a revision, contact us through the reach-us page with specific details about what you would like changed. Our team will deliver the updated plan within three business days.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact Purewrstrengthon with the following information:
- Your full name as it appears on the order.
- Order date, plan tier purchased, and payment confirmation reference.
- A clear description of the reason for your refund request.
- Any supporting documentation, such as screenshots of delivery delays or descriptions of discrepancies between the delivered plan and the plan description.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow five to ten business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
Partial refunds may be offered in cases where you have received and partially benefited from plan services, such as completing a consultation but not receiving the final plan document. The partial refund amount will reflect the proportion of services not delivered.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before plan creation begins by contacting us as soon as possible. If cancellation occurs before any work has started on your personalised plan, you will receive a full refund. Once our team has begun creating your schedule and route maps, cancellation may be subject to a deduction reflecting the work completed, unless you are within the cooling-off period and delivery has not yet occurred.
Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
If you wish to upgrade from Essential Rhythm to Professional Flow or Executive Harmony, or from Professional Flow to Executive Harmony, contact us to arrange the transition. You will pay the difference in price between plan tiers, and your support period will be extended to match the new tier. Downgrades are not available after plan delivery, but you may purchase a new lower-tier plan separately.
Disputes and Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our response to a refund request, please contact us again with additional details so we can review your case. We aim to resolve all complaints amicably and fairly. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you may refer your complaint to an alternative dispute resolution provider or seek advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service. Your statutory rights to pursue legal remedies remain unaffected.
Nature of Digital Products
Our work-walk balance plans are digital, personalised services created specifically for each customer based on individual information provided. Because each plan is custom-generated and cannot be resold or reused for another client, our refund policy reflects the bespoke nature of these services while ensuring fair treatment for all customers of purewrstrengthon.ddd.

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
